for finished peeled cashew nut, also have its grade: 
The classification of cashew nuts is generally divided into color, shape (whole kernel /half kernel) and size.
In terms of color, W means white, S means yellowish or yellow; from the shape, W means whole kernel, B and P means broken kernel, B is naturally broken, 
P means small broken kernel, and another kind SPLIT is divided into two half; the size is generally expressed in Arabic numerals: how many whole kernels per pound, 
the smaller the number, the larger the cashew nuts, but can float up and down about 20 pcs.

CASHEWS W240: (W: White Wholes, white whole kernel, also written WW) White 240 pcs/ lb, this is a very good cashew, white and large, whole kernel. The top is bigger, W150, W180, etc., expensive, and the output is small.
CASHEWS SW240: (SW: Scorched Wholes, yellow whole kernel), yellow 240 pcs / lb, this is also a large kernel of cashew nuts, but the color is not white, yellow, but also whole kernel.
CASHEWS LBW240: (LBW: Large Butt White, large white granules - naturally broken, unlike Split is smashed into two half from the middle), white granules 240 lbs / lb; this is broken, no whole granules .
CASHEWS W320: white 240 pcs / lb; whole kernel;
CASHEWS SW320: yellow 240 pcs / lb, whole kernel;
CASHEWS LBW320: white granules 320 granules/lb; granules;

CASHEWS DW 380: (DW: Dessert Whole) Dessert-grade whole kernel, not as full as W-class, but requires the natural shape of cashew nuts to be seen;
CASHEWS SPLIT: Half-kernel, flap, divided into two half from the middle of the whole cashew nut. The shape of each flap is required to be complete.
CASHEWS WB: (WB: White Butts), white granules - naturally broken
CASHEW SS: (SS: Scorched Splits), yellow petals;
CASHEWS SB: (SB: Scorched Butts), yellow granules - naturally broken;
CASHEWS LP: (LP: Large Pieces), larger granules, generally requiring a granular size of not less than 4.75mm;
CASHEWS SP: (SB: Scorched Pieces), yellow granules.

In general, P-grade granules are used for candy, and the inside of the pastry is the lowest grade.
