How to save energy cost in the cashew nut processing line?
In the cashew nut processing line, the most power consuming equipment is cooking machine, dryer and air compressor used in cashew nut peeling machine.
if all use electricity, the cost of power is very high. of course you can use gas if gas price is low.
As we all know, in the cooking machine, you need to use steam boiler, the steam produced from boiler can supply steam and heat for
cooking machine and dryer too. 1T volume dryer only consume 3KW/h if use boiler to provide steam.
So the burning source for boiler cheap, then the whole line power consumption is cheap.
usually our customer will use coal, biomass,gas, oil and so on as burning source since it is cheap. many customers worry about air pollution,
in this case, can install one waste smoke or air treatment system is ok.
In all, if you use boiler to provide steam and heat for cooking and drying machine, at least can save 20KW/h.
