I、Working principle

Two (laid horizontally and vertically) screw shafts facing opposite direction in pressing cage clench each other in squeezing chamber, which generate continuous pushing force to squeeze and cooperates with pressing cage. Thus oil is pressed out from raw material. With high compression rate by double-step structure design, great radial pressing pressure can be obtained which enables squeezing as much as possible. So squeezing can be done completely. Residual oil rate of pressed material is lower than that of single-screw oil press. Oil yield rate of material is higher. And it is suitable for cold press for any oil-bearing plant.

III、Characteristics of process of cold pressing and hot pressing

Characteristics of process of low temperature cold pressing

1. Avoid degradation reaction of oil and sugar during traditional high temperature pressing and hazardous substances brought by denaturation of protein.

2. Avoid dark color of oil and smell of burning during traditional high temperature pressing.

3. Avoid plant oil from direct contact with chemical substances and secondary contamination caused by process of deacidification with gel, deacidification with sodium hydrate, decoloring with activated clay in the process of producing tea oil by hot pressing.

4. Avoid deodorization by high temperature distillation. It can effectively prevent loss of fragrance in tea oil and effectively preserve natural active and green environment-friendly substances in plant oil.

5. Avoid carcinogen Benzopyrene generated during high temperature cooking. The smoke point is high. Preservation time is long.

Characteristics of process of conventional hot pressing

1. It can increase oil yield rate.

2. High temperature pressing may easily cause oxidative polymerization in plant oil, and peroxide and certain active substance may be generated by decomposition which can damage nutritious elements in oil.

3. It may cause denaturation of protein which may produce trans fatty acid unfavorable to human body.

4. Plenty of impurity substances influence appearance color of plant oil and internal quality.
