2. Detailed description for every process:
Grading machine
This machine is used for grading the raw cashew nut into A+, A, B,C and D grade for further shelling process.
Steam &Cooking machine
the raw cashew in shell will be steamed and cooked in this cooking machine for about 20-30 minutes under the temperatre 115-118 degree centigrade, the cooking time usually 20 minutes. through the study, this is the best temperature and time to get the highest shelling rate.
Cashew nut shelling machine
after grading and cooking, the cashew will be put into automatic cashew nut shelling machine, this machine can shell different grades of raw cashew through adjusting the distance between rollers. we have 2 knife, 6knife, 8knife, 10 knife,12 knife and 14 knifes. the shelling rate can reach above 95%.
Cashew Shell and kernel separator
This machine is used for separating cashew shell and kernel for further process
Cashew nut Drying machine
after Shelling the cashew nut, will come into drying machine for about 10 hours, the drying temperature about 70-80degree centigrade.
Humidifier
After drying, we will put the cashew nut into Humidifier to moistured the skin of cashew nut, this process need about 20-30 minute
Cashew nut peeling machine
This machine is to peel the skin of cashew nut, the peeling rate can reach 90%.
After the above process, you will get peeled cashew nut, then you can do further processing or directly do vacuum packing.
